Chaal Chaal emerged from a desire to test the limits of conventional architectural practice. It began with a series of questions—about how design could move beyond disciplinary silos and speak to the political, social, and everyday spaces often ignored by mainstream frameworks. What followed was a process of experimentation, trial, and steady recalibration. This became Chaal.Chaal.Agency: a space for independent, research-led projects that reimagine how and where design can operate. It works with uncertainty, navigates informal systems, and resists the pressures to construct for the sake of visibility or speed.
As the work deepened, so did its reach—leading to the formation of Amplified Chaal.Chaal (ACC). Where CCA leans into inquiry and provocation, ACC sharpens focus. It brings structure to open-ended briefs, delivering precise, high-impact outcomes across architecture, communication, and spatial systems. ACC responds to the need for clarity without compromising complexity.
Together, CCA and ACC form a hybrid practice—one that moves between research and service, speculation and execution. Their shared foundation is a commitment to design as an expanded field—equally capable of asking critical questions and shaping real alternatives. Whether through built form, visual language, or systems thinking, the studio engages with complexity head-on, on its own terms.
