For those who already know our work, and for those who do not, we strongly encourage you to spend some time understanding what we do before applying. We are a small team, much like our projects: intentional, precise, and shaped by the conditions we choose to work within.

We hire rarely. This is a deliberate decision. Keeping our finances lean allows us to sustain a practice grounded in our values rather than volume. When we do decide to bring someone on board, we do so with seriousness and long-term intent. This time, we are doing things a little differently.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us over time. Someone who is interested in commitment, shared responsibility, and evolving together as the practice evolves.
